Palermo, Italy

Day 433, 13-9-‘23, 11,9 km walked
That means I’ve passed the 7000km mark!!
And for the first time I’m feeling doubt about going on, my son asked me yesterday if I still enjoy it, and I do but it did make me doubt. I miss my husband and children ( that I don’t see every day at home either) I miss bumping into friends, I miss my life in Brussels.
I’ll keep going for a bit longer and see.
Here some pictures of yesterday,
I finally managed to take a picture of a salamander, their velocity is astounding!
They are as fast as ants are strong!
(Speaking of those, they’d made a motor way over my tent!).
Some lovely people I met at the place of my coffee that they insisted on paying,
Grazie!
A church with modern painting depicting a maffia scene, beautiful buildings, singing in the street, I’ll go discover more!
I’ll enjoy Palermo when I’m here, I might aswell! Oh and lovely young people at the sunshine hostel
