Day 651, 17-4-24, 15.3 km walked
But one of the most difficult climbs of the whole walk!
OMG sometimes I think why don’t I plan..
My GPS just took the shortest route and although it is beautiful It sometimes is just too tough!
I walked along the road for the first bit until Col where I found coffee and some shopping, the lovely woman at the cafe offered me the coffee! After hearing of my endeavours
After I continued climbing on a back road and then aaarch I had to take a path
Full of stones, It was quite the work out!
And at the end of it some very high steps!
I was close to tears
But with unpacking Arlette 3 times and carrying the stuff up separately I managed!
I found a house with loud music coming out of it , so went there to ask if I could put my tent on the grass in front of it,
4 young men playing some great punk rock, all their own material, after putting up my tent I went over to listen. Great stuff. Lovely to meet you!
It was very cold! Being at 1000 metres high (I came from 400, and I have to climb some more)
I’ll have to get going again but coming out of my sleeping bag is not a nice prospect
