Day 745, 20-7-24, 14.9 km walked from Treffort to above Weissenborn via Grossburschla but geograficly I didn’t advance much!
I left late because of coffee and Breakfast with Ute and then it got very hot very quickly! 30 degrees! I did some shopping walked along the bicycle path where I met a lovely man who gave me some money! Because he liked what I was doing so much!
and stopped at a cafe in Grossburschla, a very picturesque village that got stuck in the border between the germanies. It was very horrible for people living there.
I stayed there for a while waiting for it to cool down a little, I got offered a place to stay a bit further but I wanted to keep going.
I ended up finding an overgrown path, and having to do an extra 6 km!
But then I found this Marvelous hut! I put up my tent and cooked some food. And got treated to the most gorgeous of moons! Big round and red!
So I’m heading off a bit earlier!

In a month
I’ll be arriving on the Grand place, Brussels on 21 August at 14.14 and then we’ll walk the last km with all those there to welcome me home! And have a (vegan alcohol free) party at home
