Day 774, 18-8-24, 11,4 km walked to and around Leuven
Woke up together with an army of mosquitoes gathering their ranks in my tent! ( I get stung but it doesn’t last long)
My German neighbours offered me coffee!
Then I walked to the hostel washed some clothes and went to the station to meet My lovely daughter Ea!!!
So lovely to see her just before being back! We hugged, had lunch, hugged some more, visited the cathedral, more hugging and then the museum.
What a fabulous day!

She went back home at 18.00 and I decided to go and see a movie, ‘Memory’ At cinema Zed
So good to see human emotion on the big screen! (In English with Dutch and French subtitles!)
Tonight I’ll walk halfway to Zaventem and my friend Farideh will join me tonight and walk with me tomorrow

I’ll be arriving at the Grand place, Brussels on 21 August at 14.14 and then we’ll walk the last km with all those there to welcome me home! And have a (vegan alcohol free) party at home
