Palermo, Italy

Day 436, 16-9-‘23, 11.1km walked in #palermo
I wandered and visited Zita church with beautiful sculptures and paintings and walked around til the majolica tile house openend at 16.00. It’s a private house with an amazing collection of Sicilian tiles from as early as the 14th century right through to the beginning of the 20th century! ( I studied ceramics at art school) They also had a tin collection which I loved.
I packed and cooked and then went out with a lovely bunch of young people from the hostel, so I’m ready for the next bit of walk!
I feel recharged
