20 September: 6.3 km walked, most of it at the end of the day!
I arrived at La Maison des Cultures ( Molenbeek) through the rain, and it really wasn’t looking good for the festivities at Open Molen and La Journée sans voitures (Day without cars). But it stopped raining at 12 and later even the sun came out! ☀️
It was a very busy day! I set up Sybille and a stream of children and grown-ups made lots of little works all afternoon, to add to the big artwork I am working towards.
I even stitched my finger! (not too bad, just at the edge)
I was so busy that I wasn’t able to take many pictures. Hoping some will be sent to me later 📸
At the end I got treated to some yummy couscous and walked home through Molenbeek, Anderlecht, and Saint Gilles back to Forest.
