Day 28 on the walking home project

Day 28 🌀 Berchem-Sint-Agatha → Anderlecht
31 degrees and 15 km later, with 6.5 km on the spiral. It was a hot one. Not a day for asking questions — instead I talked to people about the weather, gave water to anyone who looked like they needed it, and found shady spots to rest. Sometimes that’s what a walk is. 🌞
Sibylle is now settled at GC De Rinck in Anderlecht, it stayed open until 9 — so no rush. I arrived around 7, packed up Sibylle, and headed home. I’ll be back there on the 31st of May for Brunch and Crea. Come and join us if you’re around! 10-12.30
The day started with fixing a tyre — two Brico trips and quite a bit of walking later, I found what I needed. Too expensive, but anything for art. 🛞
I’m not walking again until after the Zinneke Parade on the 30th of May in the centre of Brussels. Come and see us. It’ll be fun. 🎉 15.00 in the centre
After that, the next stretch takes me from Anderlecht to Molenbeek — but not the short way. The spiral has its own logic. 🌀
Do you know any place to visit, or park Sybille?
